Great site. I have been a fan for many many years; I was fortunate enough to see the live show in Annapolis, MD last year, and was totally blown away. Not to sound "cheesy", but listening to your music is really like a spiritual experience; a real musical journey. God has given you a true gift of music. Thank you for all the great music throughout the years, and for continuing on.
God bless,
Rick Schneider

Frank I saw you way back when people thought Rush and Mahogany Rush was the same groups. I popped in some Mahogany Rush and they learned the difference real quick. First time I heard you I thought it was Jimmy Hendrix, you always blew my ass away. Saw you everytime you came to Atlanta. Keep on truckin bro

Wow !! I really dont know what to say. I heard MahoganyRush in the mid to late 70s and maby saw them on Rock Concert or King Biscuit. Heard them now and then but thought about them more often. Always knew they produced quality music but never crossed my mind when I was shopping. Well I recently purchased Real Live and now I know what Ive ben missing all these years...What an absolutely amazing masterpiece of composition and instrumentation..Frank Marino, you my man ,are with-out-a-doubt ...patient , tempered , and disciplined . In my openion you are the best guitarist ever to lay finger on a string. Real Live is compelling, relaxing ,exciting and intense all in the same breath. I just bought Tales Of The Unexpected and plan on buying most evrything you have ever released. Musical genius is way over-used but I really get that feeling when I hear your work. I guess Im your newest die-hard fan. Hope you 're around for alot longer. I would like to meet you some day and if you ever tour Dallas,Texas I will be there. God speed my friend. wink

Great to find this site and be able to send a message like this. In the early 70's I was devastated by an acid trip and I understand Franlks experience. I dont think I was ever the same person again. I'm fine though and I remember everything that happened that night vividly even now, it was the first time I'd heard Led Zepplelin IV and the experience on acid was overwhelming. My own music will forever be influenced by the experience of that night and hearing that album. I found out many years later of course that the sounds on the album had been phased delierately in order to attempt to recreate the sound of music on acid. Great to know that you are still performing and if you come to England I would love to come and see you play. you're up as a hero on my myspace page www.myspace/urbangulf, if you have one too hey give me an ad !!!

Frank will always be part of the soundtrack of my life.
I saw more of his shows than any other artist and would've liked to have seen more...especially that 2002 Legends of Rock tour in Europe.

Best Wishes to you and yours Frank.
