I always liked the Mohogany rush 4 album because I thought it's studio recording was great and I think it's the best by far, followed by Strange Universe

I'm a fan of Frank Marino since a very long time, I saw him in show many times at least 10 times. What's amazed me about Frank Marino, he could play 3 hours in a row and it's like he could play for hours again... I'll alway be for me on the top guitar player in the world. I saw some of the best... and he's the best of all. I hope I'll be able to hear and see him play again. The last time I saw him was the octobre 15th 2000 in Québec City (le Kashmir'bar) what a great performance! and the first time was au Colisée de Québec the January 28th 1982. He's a purist, and that's what I like about him. He plays guitar because he likes it, you just have to follow him ... I hope one of these days he'll be recognized world wide for he's great virtuosity as much as the big Steve Ray Vaughan, Frank Zappa, Gilmour...He's a life legend. Take care dear M. Marino and hope to see you soon! Francine xx

Frank Marino is the greatest guitarist ever-I Think he has surpassed Hendrix -of course now if James Marshall had not checked out then it may be a different story-I feel that his lastest venture Storm Warning has been long overdue and I only hope and pray that he continues to produce the music that only he can-a fan since Maxoon -keep on rocking me

Actually, I can't pick *one* fave, but *World Anthem* was my first and has some fave songs (Lady, Look At Me, In My Ways, World Anthem). I discovered Frank in "83 via *Guitar Player* mag, an issue featuring rockabilly bands (great issue, I've still got it). Went straight to a record store and found *World Anthem*, followed that with *Juggernaut*, *IV* and *Child of the Novelty* ... quite the adventure for a 15yo budding guitarist! More than just the playing, it's Frank's songs, philosophic and musical *attitude* that still hook me. This man plays with so damn much JOY. What a damn shame I'm forced to resort to P2P to find his stuff now, since my collection is in storage back in the USA and I can't find Frank's stuff here. But I'll take what I can get. Just thank God he's still here and still making music. smile

Frank Marino and MR were/are a master jam band. I love bands like Black Sabbath and Deep Purple ... but Mahogany Rush was always a little different... and TRIPPY! Frank Marino shreds on the guitar. Keep Playing and KEEP IT LOUD AND HEAVY!!!

I have over 1,200 CDs, most of which are 1970s classic rock. My favorite artists are pink floyd, led zepp, allman brothers and neil young. I am 45 years old, but have only gotten into frank marino in the last year. WOW. In my opinion, NO ONE rocks better than frank. he is incredible.
