Ive been studying guitar and just found Frank Marino! More than the music sometimes I learn more just listening to guitarists talking. Frank is one of these people. God bless you and your family Frank, all the best. Paul C.

What can i say? Frank is just Fantastic.
I love his style and his work. It is just so unique, I think if Hendrix was still alive he would have been a big fan too.
Good bless you Frank, i hope you make many more albums so we can all benefit from your talent.

Frank, never had the opportunity to see you and any of the guys play and of course would love that. Just want to say that your music is special. Not only the obvious kick ass rock and blow your face out guitar work but for me in particular the deeper, mood affecting songs. Really I thank you and thank God I had the chance to hear it from the beginning. Same age Frank. Keep it going man and if ever in Alberta playing, please make sure it is advertised and I have a couple of buddies that are in the same boat as I regarding your music.

Big fan of yours. Really hard to pick a favorite album. Ha! I bought tickets to go see you at the Rhythm Room last time you were in Phoenix. Unfortunately I had to work and missed the showsad Of course that was a good 8 years or so ago. I was disappointed I could not go but thought you would be back and I would have another chance to see you live. Still hasn't happened that I know of. I hope you come back this way soon. I know that life gets in the way and touring may not be on your radar screen right now but if you decide to go on a tour of the Southwest again please let me know. I promise I won't miss you again! Wish you and your family well. Thanks for being part of the soundtrack of my life.

To Frank and the band:
Strange Universe is one of my all time favorite albums. I don't understand why I never hear any of it on the radio. Don't know if you are still touring but it would be great to see you perform some day!

I saw Frank in 76 or 77 ( Mexico's finest and acid was very prevalent in those days which is probably why I don't remember the year.) Anyway,l couldn't believe what I was hearing. I've seen every great band and guitarist in this great musical world. But to this day I have never witnessed anything like Frank. Without a doubt you are my hero. I've been playing a fender Strat since I was 5. Started taking classical lessons from my gramps. After I saw that concert in the civic auditorium in Omaha my musical genres changed. Johnny B good was never played again the way my gramps or father played it. You opened my eyes to a better music. And to this day there is no one who compares to you. I'm actually listening to Mahogany Rush Live 1977 right now. So thank you so much for your talent and you have made life A lot better with your music. Sorry about the Fender Frank. You have made me a better musician for being here. Thanks again.

Dear Frank, I'm a quite novice blues guitarist. I'm a pretty good Bassist. A luthier buddy of mine custom built me a "frankenstein" of a strat. All he wants me to do is start playing again. So, I graciously received the instrument from him. Of course, I had to start listening to blues music again to try and rekindle the brain to hear some stuff and mull it over in my mind. I hit SRV, Joe Bonamassa, and several other players on the internet and the like. I love the Texas style blues and such and have nicked a lot of licks from it. But Frank.......dear sir......I found several new vids of you on Youtube (new to me anyway) and ever since I was a kid in 78, listening to your live album, I've been SOLD on Frank Marino!!! I know I've probably messaged you on YouTube and FB. I'm sorry if that's annoying.

I could ask gear questions and technique questions all day. You are UNCOPYABLE. NOBODY plays with your fire, your phrasings, your SPEED! If I could duplicate anyone's playing for myself, I'd want to play like you. To me the blues seems natural. I am good at funk on a bass and Gospel too. But YOUR blues makes me smile, makes me happy, the notes hit me right in the bones....they way you bend a string....the lightning riffs.....Just amazing! I tried to slow down one of your licks to learn it? It was just as hard slow!! I still don't have it! How you play that fast....geez?? If you could put out an instructional DVD, I'd buy all of them.

Man, you've been in my life since 1978. I've got to see several of my guitar heros live in action. But you are my favorite blues guitarist!!! I know you get this stuff all the time. I just pray God's blessings on you and yours! Your music makes me very happy! Jesus did SO GOOD with you! THANK YOU times infinity dear man!

Sincerely,
Jacob Andrew (Andy) Wilkinson

Hello Frank,
I've listened to your music since 1975, it's great.
I just purchased Eye Of The Storm it's great always liked your guitar work , I feel better than Hendrix.
I'm about your age so I rocked on your music for a long time , keep up the work , you will be honored in the Rock and Roll hall of fame when it's all send and done.
In the mean time I'll see if I can find a Frank Marino logo baseball cap.
Keep rocking ,
Mark

Frank has been a huge influence on my guitar playing since I started in 1980. I have told so many friends about the band (most are oblivious to his talent & influence on MAJOR players). I am soo thrilled he & the band are at it again. I share the disgust of the music industry and how hollow & superficial it has become. I have never seen him in concert (one of the few I still really want to experience), just missed a couple of times in the early nineties sad Hopefully the band will come through SLC, Utah (smaller venue thrills) at some point - keep the faith Frank!

I have been a fan since I first heard the Mahogany Rush live album when it came out. I had the pleasure of seeing you on the Tales Of The Unexpected and What's Next tour and a couple of times on the Juggernaut Tour. Great shows. I particularly remember Poppy from the Juggernaut tour, which hadn't been released on any album at the point, being a highlight. I hope you are able to get the shows you recorded a couple of years ago for a DVD release resolved to the point we get to see them. Hope you are doing well. Thanks for the many years of inspiring music.

I first saw you back in 69-70 in a little town named St-Paul L'Ermite a very small suburb of Montreal in what they were calling a sport center which was a small house that people used to put on their skates in winter and small activities.
We were all in all no more than 50 people in there packed tight and you were up front and it's more than 45 years and I can recall as if it was yesterday.

We have the same age and I am looking forward to see your next show in Montreal.
In conclusion, your last albums are differrent, more mature, evolved and I can't stop listenning to them over and over. Avalon is impressive and the rrest of them.

Like they would say in Star Trek: LIVE LONG AND PROSPER, you don't have the recognition that you merit, BUT, as far as I am concern you are right up there with the very best 10 few.
