Hello-
Your music, since around 1976, has been on my "Got To Find" list. Unfortunately for me, I've never found a store that carried your music after I finally bought my own sound system. (Sorry, Harmon Kardon turntable.. Your too late!) Nevermind the fact that every time I was attempting to build my collection of music from various areas of fine rock audio, the music industry decides to change the format..
Friends were not much help either as they were caught in the mainstream. Except for one friend.. He had shared a slice of your sound from "IV" on one smokey afternoon.. Don't recall what the song titles were, but the impression of what I heard and thoroughly enjoyed has not left my mind.. The music took me on a great ride..
As much as I dislike the ease with which the digital rhealm carries the bad along with the good in this world, discovering this website is like being welcomed by brothers after a long solo run in the saddle on a cold day. Pass the Jack and make some room at the campfire.. It's time to discover what you've shared with the rest of crew and find that favorite album!

Shalom !!! laugh

I remember back many eclipses ago, my buddy says," You gotta get their album, three guys, Canadian. Killer record! Band's called RUSH." I go to the record store, Rush... hmmm... I see no Rush, but I see Mahogany Rush. Three guys... Canadian... this must be it. So I buy the Mahogany Rush Live. I take it back home, call my buddy over. "Dude, that ain't the album!!" he says. I play it anyway. We both drop to the floor! He says it's light-years beyond the other guys! We never looked any further since! Got every album twice over and DVD too. I've been to at least a dozen of your concerts over the years, two in Toronto. World Anthem, Live is my favored piece! Thanks for the sharing of your musical genius!

Cheers to Frank Marino and to all past and present band members and supporters / fans everywhere! Began listening to Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush in 1978 and have always held his music in my memory banks for it's pure no BS approach! I'm a drummer and love Jimmy Ayoub's playing which also influenced me. I'm so thrilled that Frank is still alive and well! Frank Marino is all about the music period which is a quality missing in most successful artists. If he ever comes to Florida to play an event or concert I'll be there! Rock on Frank Marino!!

I got to see you live in concert at the Medford Armory in Medford Oregon in the early 70's. I believe you were on the bill with Blue Oyster Cult. I do remember closing my eyes during a Hendrix number, and it was incredible!!!

Juggernaut is also my favorite album, I wore both of them out, and still have both on vinyl as well as Tales of the Unexpected and World Anthem. I am a guitar player and Frank is one of the main reasons I started playing. I was hooked from the first song I heard. Just an unbelievable talent.

My introduction to your art was at California Jam II way back when. I was in a fog most of the time but vividly remember being blown away by your performance there! Big fan to this day, any plans on a few play dates?

Hey Frank,
I've just seen the DVD taster song, The Answer, & it made me pick up my guitar at 8am & learn the whole thing!
I don't often get that inspired that early in the morning, so thanks for continuing to be a fantastic musician & inspiration.

Can't wait for the DVD release here in the U.K.

Thank you Frank for the wonderful music that you have been sharing with us for the past 45-46 years and for the many years to come. It will all ways be timeless. I read on Uli Jon Roth's site how much he enjoyed playing with you on a tour in Europe. I would have truly loved to have seen one of those shows. The sample from the new DVD you have fourth coming looks great and will be a great add-on to my collection. Also hope to see you out there on stage again.
