Hi Frank,

I'm the guy who made a modest display in your honor at the Grande Bibliothèque in Montreal, some years ago. Many patrons told me that they really liked your music.

I want to thank you for your music, your albums. It helped me a lot in my live. I bought the DVD and I want to thank you again for your time and the the work you did. It really worth the effort and the cost for my part. You are the best!

I wish you a prompt recovery and my thoughts are with you and your family.

Best regards

Eric Labonte

Hi Frank, I really pray for a quick and miraculous recovery for you! You have been an inspiration throughout my life as you navigated this world on your terms and it shows in your music.

I was fortunate to be right up front at a show in Dallas in 1977. I even got a pick (Fender Medium). It was my prized possession for about a week until I dropped it in the back seat of a friend's car. I never did find it and my girlfriend never let me forget as she watched it unfold.

Thank you for the music throughout these years. I was disappointed your tour was postponed in 2020, then rescheduled and rescheduled again. I could not wait to be in your presence again and watch you work.

Again, I send my fervent prayers and may the Lord always be with you and yours.

Best wishes,
KJ

We'll keep you in our prayers Frank. I hope you can continue sharing your music with the world. I first saw you as a 13 yo kid in 1977 at the Summit in Houston, TX. I didn't really know who you were, but after that show that all changed. You blew my mind away with your guitar playing. Always considered you one of the best. Stay positive and God Bless!

Frank, sorry to hear about your medical condition and I hope that you get well. Retiring from touring is not the most important thing, your well-being, and your family is what is truly important.
I saw you play at the Corona in Montreal in 2010. You had announced the live Agora concert that you were filming. For years, I awaited with anticipation for this. When I finally watched it, and listened to it, I was amazed. This is your best work. It took time to create, but it embodies the full Frank Marino experience. Take care.

I had tickets to the 2020 Sellersville, PA show and was beyond happy that the postponed show in 2020 had resulted in back to back shows on 19th & 20th September 2021 which I had tickets for.
I'm so disappointed that the announcement recently has resulted in both shows and the entire tour being cancelled but I am more concerned with the nature and tone of the announcement which did not sound good.
I really hope & pray for the miracle that will cause this to be reversed and enable Frank to make a full recovery back to full health as he has given us all so much with his music and shows in the past and I hope the Agoura box set is not the last we will get.
Sending positive thoughts and prayers love

NICE WEBSITE. HOPEFULLY FRANK HIMSELF COMES AND VISITS EVERY NOW AND THEN.

Frank is definitely my all time favorite guitar player I'm now 59. I first heard him when I was 14 and have never stopped. I always make sure everybody gets a taste of his amazing sound. I had 4 tickets to the September show at the Birchmere in Alexandria, Va. near DC.

First and foremost is Franks health which is way more important then people like myself who so much wanted to see him. I even had plans of bringing my Gibson to the show to see if Frank would bless me with his penmanship. Hopefully I can find one for sale somewhere.

Frank will be in my daily prayers. Bless you Frank and thanks to you for making my world sound so much better. Thanks to the creator of this website too!!!!

dear frank & all diehard marino fans, i was heartbroken to read the news online on the ultimate classic rock webpage regarding frank retiring from music for good, some may read this & wonder WOW!! HOW CAN TALES OF THE UNEXPECTED be this guys favorite M RUSH record!!! easy answer i was about 11 years old at the time & it was the first record by frank i was ever handed to listen to, after a few spins i bought my own copy w/ my paper route money ( like i did with all records in the late 70s/early 80s) and i was always fascinated with EVERY song on that record, i felt franks version of all along the watchtower was just so much further out there then hendrixs version was & i LOVE franks version of NORWEIGEN WOOD ( THIS BIRD HAS FLOWN) anyway not before long i would have all of franks 70s work & 80s as well, this is such a loss to rock n roll its sad so many may not know this...... frank always had the most beautiful soothing voice as well on all records. anyway i can go on and on, regardless i have seen frank live quite a few times and i remember frank played for well over 3 hours once here in new york on long island back in 05. all fans will have there own story but man!!!! as bad as things have been the past couple of years now this was very sad & upsetting news for me to read, the main thing is franks health!!! i will miss his shows & any new music that may have come but still i have EVERY marino studio & live album ever made & they will live on forever and that cant be taken away!!!!!, god bless frank & i hope you get well enough to just enjoy your retirement god bless ED MCCARTHY
