Frank,

Im very tired right now because of you..!!!. Last night when you said "Im going to play for a while tonight", I thought it might be 2 hours instead of the usuall shorter shows artists tend to play lately. Well, your 3 hour plus jam was awesome and ended at 1:20 AM. I stayed for the complete show and was happy i did. I have seen you quite a few times over the years. I 1st saw you in '76 maybe 78 .. it was at Beginnings in Schaumburg, IL (great lil dive west of chicago) The Red House jam last night was great and very long. I enjoyed the occasional lick from other artists in the middle of the jams. I really enjoyed the blues jams you did.

I cant make it to Milwaukee tonight so I hope you come back to Chicago soon. (and when you do, start at 9:00pm so i can get some sleep)

Thanks again for jammin in the windy city

David

I am heading over to Milwaukee Wi tomorrow to see Frank for the 2nd Time.
1st time was the Fall of 1974 in St Paul Mn. He opened for a well known
group called Golden Ear Ring. "Radar Love " was there Signature song.
After Frank Played they made the mistake of trying to follow Franks show.
Not even Close! I bought Franks "Real Live" CD a year ago and listen to
it more then any of my 2000 Plus Cd's. Looking Forward to the Show
tomorrow night. Frank! Hope you will Consider on next Years Tour to
come to Minneapolis! I am a Guitarist and Business owner. I have Several
young Men who work for me. I t would definetly be a Company Event
for all of us to see the Great Frank Marino.
Frank you are awsome!

I'm new to Frank Marino and his music and I've discovered the band by hearing a rumor that a good friend of mine is the current bassist on tour. Remi-Jean Leblanc is the guy if the rumor is true. He's a young blood, sort of, I've never seen or heard of anyone more dedicated to their instrument and to music than this exceptional bassist. Any night of the week you knew damn well where you could find him and that was sitting infront of his amp shredding away on his bass. Anyway I'm stoked to have discovered Frank Marino and if rumor is true and R-J is the bassist on tour you can pretty much count on hearing more from this guy.
R-J if you read this , somehow, drop me a line and let me know what's up I look forward to running into you over christmas if you're around.

I haven't been on this site in a long while, don't know why. I DID get to see Frank on his opening date of the current tour. Jaxx in Springfield Va. I took my 2 sons with me they are ages 33 & 37. They have been exposed to Frank's, Jimi's, Robin's, Eric's etc. guitar music since around 4 yrs old.

We all Loved the show, can't wait till we see him again. I really appreciated the chance to meet and talk with Frank after the show.

Thanks again for a great evening Frank !

In 1976, when I bought Strange Universe I knew then that Frank Marino was no ordinary guitarist. And still today he is the most innovative and complex of all
that I have heard. Mahogany Rush IV was the second. I could go on, but the albums speak for themselves. Used to trade rides to work with another guy and on the days it looked like he was a little behind. Mistake ! He was woke up by the WORLD ANTHEM. LOUDLY. Thank you for the music Frank Marino.

I am really jazzed to to find out you are coming through California! My buddy and I will be in front of the monitors with our fists in the air at the Catylist in Santa Cruz. It's a neat venue and you are going to really rock the place!

I hope Electric Reflecxions of War and Dragon Fly are in the setlist, but honestly you could play Roy Rogers tune and make 'em sound badass!

Hope All is Well. See you next week!

It's all true...every word of what people say about Frank...it's all true!

IMHO...you can't call yourself a real rock guitarist if you haven't seen him play.

So glad you're touring again, Frank...I'll be there!

I DRAGGED MY COUNTRY MUSIC LOVING WIFE TO THE SHOW OCT 5TH IN ATLANTIC CITY TO SEE MY FAVORITE GUTAIRIST AND SHE WAS BLOWN AWAY. SHE LOVED IT AND SO DID I. WE WERE RIGHT UP FRONT. WE COULD HAVE TOUCHED HIM.( MY WIFE WANTED TO TOUCH HIM)FRANK PLAYED ALL NIGHT LONG. WHENEVER FRANK TOURS IN THIS AREA, I WILL BE THERE. THE REST OF THE BAND WAS ALSO ROCKIN. THE OTHER GUTIARIST PLAYED SOME SORT OF ELECTRIC VIOLIN THAT WAS INCREDIBLE. (WAS THAT VINCE MARINO?)THE BASS PLAYER WAS PLAYING A FRETTLESS 5 STRING MUSIC MANN BASS THAT SOUNDED GREAT. I PLAY BASS IN A CLASSIC ROCK BAND AND I USE A MUSICMANN BASS AS WELL. YO FRANK, IF YOU EVER NEED A BASS PLAYER,DROP ME AN EMAIL. PLEASE KEEP TOURING....RICH
