To say Frank is a great guitarist is an understatement important Man He's mode mayhem. His transposing a minor to major and back is pure majic. I can't wait to jack my old strat into my Fender Mini Delux "witch nails His tone on Real live" ,hint hint . Yep thats right it nails it exactly when miked to good PA. and a pair of good jeff becks. Frank, I sure can tell you must of taught your brother Vince when I listen to Red House, the blues/jazz in that there piece 'o' mississoseppi mud pie show makes me want to cry just like Look at Me. Man I could write volumes on the years I spent piecing together your work. Hey maybe you and Vince could do an all original blues ,rock ,jazz dvd together. I,m dying for that, jam along bliss for sure. come on back to good ole St. lou if you please an take yur shoos off . You'all come back now ; Here? D7thcrazytonguetonguetongueimportantsmile

One of the greatest guitars I witnessed live back on his 1978's What's Next's tour. He totally rip up the stage!!!!! I have seen over 500 concerts in my lifetime--seen alot of good guitar players--but Frank has to be in my top five of all time greats. Hell of a great guitar player and performer. I have all his albums--can't wait to hear this new one!!! He could teach some of these new guitar players what it is to kick some serious ass (both on plastic and live).

Growing up as the only decent drummer in a neighborhood full of guitar players exposed me to Mahogany Rush early in my development. Now as a student of strings I have the pleasure of rediscovering the past in a new way. Hope to see you here in Dallas in 2005 to show these kids the real stuff. I will be the geezer up front with some ear plugs and a smile. Thanks for all the killer music over the years as well as your class and integrity.

Have been listening to Frank Marino for over 30 years now. Still the best rock guitarist period. Would love to see him play Ditch Queen live. The one show in Toronto he played in 1986, he did not play it.

Hi
I finally ordered Frank's new cd from Amazon since no music stores around here carried it. In most cases finding any of Frank's catalogue on cd is difficult. -/
The new cd is great! Lots of extended solos, which being a guitar player myself , I really enjoyed.

I would love to see a DVD release. The icing on the cake would be to included some vintage performaces too.

Thanks Frank for all the incredible music over the years.

Peace & Love

Please come back to Indy! Saw Mahogany Rush many years ago in a tiny theater here and didn't even know Frank was still making music until I read the article in the current issue of Guitar Player magazine.

Hey Frank, I,ve been a fan since Maxoom and I saw you twice back in the seventies!!!. I hope to see you in Michigan sometime soon......You were a huge influence on Me and My band back in the day. Bill Laswells band opened up for you in Lansing,Mi at a place called the Brewery and your soundcheck was "Axis Bold As Love" the whole album!.
